Budgey is free on iOS, Android, and Web. Budgey Unlimited is $10/month or $100/year — the yearly plan works out to two months free ($8.33/month, about 27 cents a day). One subscription covers every platform.
What exactly are the free plan limits?+
The free plan includes 1 budget with up to 8 categories, 20 transactions per month, 12 budget periods of history, 50 BaoBot messages, 2 AI receipt scans, 1 active goal, and calendar history for the current plus previous month. Unlimited removes all of these limits.
Is there a free trial of Budgey Unlimited?+
Better — the free plan has no clock. Use Budgey free for as long as you like and upgrade only when you want bank sync, unlimited transactions, or unlimited AI. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe on the web, and you can cancel anytime.
Does one subscription cover my phone and the web?+
Yes. Budgey Unlimited unlocks everything on iOS, Android, and budgeyapp.com — subscribe once on any platform and it applies everywhere you sign in.
How many bank accounts can I connect?+
Budgey Unlimited includes bank sync for up to 3 banks or card accounts, connected securely through Plaid. Budgey never sees your bank credentials, and every imported transaction waits in your Review Inbox until you approve it.
How does Budgey pricing compare to other budgeting apps?+
Budgey Unlimited at $100/year is less than YNAB ($109/yr), Monarch Money ($99.99/yr plus no free plan), and Copilot Money (~$95/yr, no free plan or Android). Can I share one subscription with my partner?+
